When you have a growth plan in place. it’s simple to set targets, measure progress and be in control of the business.

If companies don’t have a clearly defined growth plan in place, our research suggests that around 90% of them will struggle to make headway.

For those that do grow, about 7% invariably slide backwards later on, because they don’t have the systems in place to protect them when customers or circumstances change.

For the successful 3% who didn’t have a clear plan, success is invariably backed up by a large helping of luck (no matter how well their leaders retrospectively re-tell their story!).

• Uncover the key areas which must be in place to maintain success
• Learn a framework to help stay in control of your growth plans
• Receive a model to stay on top of the day-to-day management
