🎉 New Year, New Purpose, err… New Problems? 🤔

New Year signifies a chance to revitalise your business. But with fresh ideas often come new challenges, especially when steering your own small business and it can be hard to know where to start.

The “Director Roundtable: Unfiltered” sessions offer small business founders a chance to get their priorities straight, and decide what’s important and where to focus their attention over the next quarter – and beyond.

The session is built around a facilitated peer-led discussion. This gives every attendee a chance to talk through the biggest business challenge they face right now. Using the combined knowledge of the peer group and a business expert, you will receive an array of insights from around the table to help you determine your best course of action.

Each session begins with insights and inspiration from a leading light in the local digital creative industry.  This month our guest is Sarah Cullen, co-founder of Refreshed, Non-exec Director, and early-stage creative business consultant.  Sarah will share pivotal lessons from her extensive business experience to set the tone for the session.

The peer group will be facilitated by entrepreneur and Silicon South Director, Anthony Story. The peer group approach has proven effective in helping individuals navigate their unique business challenges. You’ll benefit not only from everyone’s experience as small business leaders but also from their expertise in fields like marketing, sales, development, branding, and more.

By the session’s end, you’ll have a set of action points to guide your critical tasks in the upcoming months. 📈

🌟 About Sarah Cullen: Sarah co-founded Refreshed in 2003, leading it from a team of 2 to a national agency with offices across the UK, achieving a turnover of circa £2M+. Notable clients included NHS, BBC Radio 1, Cunard, P&O Cruises & Lush Cosmetics. Post-acquisition in 2011, Sarah ventured into consultancy and non-executive roles within the digital and tech realms and became an Entrepreneur in Residence for Future Worlds at the University of Southampton.
