Rest assured, we’ve all been there. We know that finding a placement can be challenging, sometimes nigh-on-impossible, that’s why we’ve developed the Talent Exchange as a way of minimising the leg work required on your part. The Talent exchange offers you an easy-to-follow selection process so you can whittle down potential opportunities with local companies, sighting your skills and/or desired areas for learning.
We are committed to getting you in front of the companies you want to place with, bridging that communication gap and giving you insight into the thriving Digital, Creative and Tech sectors within BCP.

Every year there’s a rich source of fresh talent coming from our universities, colleges and schools, but the grads and students don’t know who you are, and you don’t know who they are.
The talent exchange is designed to help you find each other.
If you’re up for being approached by prospective placements, interns or apprentices, simply tick which ones you’re happy to hear from on your profile.
If you have a specific role you’d like applicants to apply for, you can add details for that – and they will come top of the search results.
Meanwhile the SiSo team is working behind the scenes with the local uni’s and colleges to get their alumni to make the Talent Exchange the go-to destination for anyone wanting to pursue a career in Digital, Creative or tech.
They can search for companies who complement their skills, abilities and aspirations, which are matched against the skills your company offers. If you need skills outside your normal services (e.g. a marketer for a tech company) they will be matched if you place a specific role listing.
All you have to do to start is tick which opportunities you can offer and then see who comes knocking. If you can’t take on any more, simply untick the boxes and you won’t appear in the results.
