We still think we have a role to play in shaping the future of the next generation. We are setting up closely working relationships with the local Unis. We can provide a direct and approved route for businesses to connect with students. This works both way – so we get to influence students as well.
We also know they are keen to find placements – this is really hard right now.
Looking ahead we have added a button when you sign up so you can show if you are open to the idea of working with students.
We’ve been talking with Solent university as well who are doing a really interesting degree apprenticeship programme, so it’s an apprentice package but with older students
