Meet Marc, co-founder of Pineapple Recruitment! He’s the driving force behind our growth, and has worked in the industry for over a decade. As the name suggests, we’re a recruitment agency, based in Bournemouth. We work across a huge range of industries and sectors, connecting quality candidates with outstanding businesses. 

So what makes us different from other recruitment agencies? It’s probably the fact that we offer a tailored service to every candidate and organisation we work with, and get to know our clients. We believe that finding a candidate who’ll harmonise with the company culture is just as important as finding someone who meets the job specification.

Here at Pineapple Recruitment, we’re passionate about helping candidates who are job hunting, even if they aren’t looking to use a recruitment agency. The team has been based in Dorset for a number of years now, and we’ve found it to be a fantastic place to launch a business! We’re surrounded by idyllic scenery, and the south coast is positively brimming with entrepreneurial spirit!
