Twist is a young design studio and we are growing fast! After only launching in March 2021 we’re already 8 people (full & part-time) with a mix of UX, UI and Graphic skills, and working both remote and on-site in our Bournemouth office. We have people that have worked for incredible companies like Deliveroo, Klarna and more. We are on a mission to make it easy for early-stage companies to get access to quality and experienced design. You’ll be working with incredible tech startups & scale-ups on different types of projects and problems from web design to mobile app design and specific features or problems.
We don’t expect you to have any “account experience”, nor do it all alone. But we think that the best work happens when our designers actually talk to our clients. No middle-people.
We care about the details, so you should too. You’ll think about the broader system design and sweat the small stuff when polishing UI and interactions.
You’re comfortable working as part of a small team, covering all stages of the design process and enjoy the autonomy and unpredictability that comes with an early stage company.
