React Native Developer / Technical Co-Founder for ServiSeek

ServiSeek is a new UK startup building a reverse-marketplace for local services, connecting consumers instantly with nearby service providers (plumbers, cleaners, mechanics, beauty services, fitness instructors and more). Our MVP is already live in closed testing on iOS and Android, and we are preparing for early-stage rollout and investor conversations.

I’m now looking for a React Native Developer who wants to step into a genuine co-founder role.
This isn’t a standard job. It’s a chance to join at the ground floor, help shape the product, and build something with real UK-wide potential.

What I’m Looking For

Energy, enthusiasm, and commitment matter more than experience

I want someone who genuinely enjoys building, problem-solving, and working in a fast, scrappy startup environment.

Ideal (but not required) traits:

• Confident with React Native (Expo/Firebase/Firestore experience is a bonus)

• Comfortable working on mobile UI, APIs, and app logic

• Curious, proactive, and excited by early-stage challenges

• Able to communicate clearly, collaborate frequently (WhatsApp, quick calls, weekly video meets)

• UK-based — local to Dorset would be a huge bonus

• Prepared to take ownership of parts of the codebase and influence technical direction

This role suits someone who wants to be more than “just another developer” — someone who wants genuine equity, meaningful involvement, and the chance to help build a national platform from day one.
