The Role:

We are looking for an ambitious Client Success Executive to join the team in our fabulous central Bournemouth office.

The role is all about delighting our growing client base – ensuring that they get the best possible service and that the agency drive the growth goals of the clients.

It is an exciting and fast paced role, where you will be challenged and learn every day. You’ll work alongside the team of HubSpot experts, designers, developers and biddable media specialists. You will work very closely with our founders Emma and Adam on client relationships.

The Person:

We need someone with:

  • Minimum of 1 years agency experience
  • Bags of digital knowledge and enthusiasm
  • Excellent communication skills with clients and the team
  • An abundance of drive and energy
  • Natural organisational and multitasking skills
  • A forensic attention to detail and the ability to implement processes to maintain quality control across the accounts
  • An affinity for new technology
