You don’t know what you don’t know – and something that’s become clear at TechTonic is that it’s the people making the decisions, the Heads of Dev and Tech Leads, who are most hungry to explore exactly that.
This July, we’re hosting a small, invite-only (or invite-on-request) roundtable for those leading dev teams across Bournemouth.
It will be a casual, off-the-record evening shaped entirely by the people in the room. We’ll swap notes on operating practices, tech choices, and team management – and hopefully each of us will take something back to the team that we can trial.
It’ll feel like a monthly internal tech team meetup – but across companies, and just for senior leads. No slides. No stage. Just candid conversation.
