Featuring three experts in their fields, Jamie Derrick (JD Ecommerce), Emma Jones (South Coast Social) and Mark Masters (You Are The Media), the panel further discussed and identified the key issues most likely to impact retail, shops, restaurants and coffee bars in 2022.
